Having a balanced diet

Having a balanced diet can help your body to have even growth. Having a balanced diet can protect you against diseases. It also provides nutrients to your body which are crucial for survival and can prevent obesity.  A healthy diet consists of a variety of sustenance, green vegetables, proteins, dairy products, pulses, and fiber.

 Most balanced diet followers tend to not eat food that has a high amount of fat in it. They eat more fruits and vegetables, like cucumber, lettuce, spinach, or broccoli. Meat is also part of the diet, as it is the number one provider of B12. You can choose which meat you want, fish, chicken etc. 

For dairy products, you can eat cheese or yogurt. About 70% of the diet should consist of carbohydrates. Many people don't follow a balanced diet. Research from five us agencies shows that 74.1% of Indians cannot afford to keep a healthy lifestyle.
