Food suggestions

A sustainable diet does not have to be complicated, eating healthier foods is good, but some recipes use these ingredients and make one nutritious meal. Uttapam is a dish famous in South India. Start by making or buying dosa batter, which consists of wheat and urad dhal. Put a pan on the stove, when it gets hot and there is no water, add oil, spread it across the pan, and add the batter, make sure it is thick, so we can add vegetables. Then, add cuts of tomatoes or any vegetables you would like. Uttapam has carbohydrates, and the vegetables give nutrients, which means this is a perfect choice for a balanced diet.

In conclusion, food sustainability has a major impact on how we live and will continue to live. New and more advanced technology may be able to help to keep the production of food sustainable. Ai could potentially decrease food wastage.
